CDSA Merges with CDS
CDS Administrative Services, LLC (CDSA) merged with its parent company, Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing, PLLP (CDS) on December 1, 2021. Clients will continue to receive the same high level of service from the current Third Party Administrative team. This niche area is now identified as the Benefit Plan Administration division and offers personalized support, service, and consulting for Cafeteria Plans, HSAs, HRAs, and Retirement Plans, COBRA Administration and an HR tool called, Mineral® HR.
