CDS Administrative Services, LLC (CDSA) was founded in 1994 as a division of Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing, PLLP (CDS). In 2021 CDSA merged with CDS. This niche area is now identified as the Benefit Plan Administration division and offers personalized support, service, and consulting for Cafeteria Plans, HSAs, HRAs, and Retirement Plans, COBRA On-Demand and an HR tool called, Mineral® HR.

Our goal is to help our clients focus on what they do best; run their businesses.
