Our History

CDS Administrative Services, LLC (CDSA) was founded in 1995 as a division of Conway, Deuth & Schmiesing, PLLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants.

CDSA offers a full range of employee benefits services. We specialize in personalized service for cafeteria plans and retirement plans. Our goal is to help our clients focus on what they do best; run their businesses.

We handle the set up and administration of employee benefits plans.
