2017 Cafeteria Plan Non-Discrimination Testing

CDSA is currently in the process of non-discrimination testing for the 2017 Cafeteria (Flex) Plan Year! Please watch email for your Cafeteria Plan Tests Template.

The template will need to include information for all individuals employed from January 1, 2017 to present, and will require the following:

  • Owner/Officer Information
  • Dates of Birth
  • Dates of Hire
  • Compensation – both Prior and Current year
  • Hours and Months worked
  • Annual non-taxable Employer and Pre-Tax Employee contribution amounts for Insurance Premiums, Health Savings Accounts, Medical FSA and Dependent Care FSA.

Once Flex testing is completed we will notify you of the results and let you know if adjustments are needed.
