Jen Burnett joined CDS in 2007. Prior to CDS, she worked as a TPA for three years. She graduated from Northwestern College in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Psychology. Jennifer was promoted to Senior Employee Benefits Administrator in 2013, Benefit Plan Manager in 2015 and admitted as Partner in 2019. She has been instrumental in training staff, streamlining processes, and presenting at client enrollment meetings. Her focus areas are on the administration of Retirement Plans, Flex Plans, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), QSEHRAs, and HR Consulting.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND INVOLVEMENT

Jen is the Treasurer of the Diamond Edge Figure Skating Club. She is a 2015 graduate of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Perspectives program and a 2018 graduate of the Vision 2040 Leadership program. She is a volunteer with her local church.
